These pigments help you create darker mixes, featuring a vast range of browns and greys. The Intaglio Inks with synthetic pigments tend to be lively and less grainy than the natural oxide pigments. The average drying time of these colours is about 5 days. This varies depending on the colour.

Like oil paints, Charbonnel inks absorb oxygen to dry. Depending on the colour, the drying time is between 2 and 3 weeks.
