Minimum Order
Please note that there is a minimum order of Euro 100,00 (not including
VAT and delivery charges).
Terms of Payment
The payment method is advance payment through
banking transfer and it will not be made prior to our Order
Confirmation that will be received via e-mail within 72 hours
from the reception of your order.
Payment on delivery can be agreed for orders superior to
Euro 500,00.

Returns and Refund Policy
Information on
the Right of Withdrawal – Law no. 185/99 (Directive 97/7/EC)
The purchases made through our site,
like all distance purchases made by telephone or mail, since happen outside the stores,
are protected by the Law no.185 /22 May 1999 (The Directive 97/7/EC on the protection
of consumers in respect of distance contracts), which stipulates that the consumer is
entitled to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
The consumer can exercise the Right of Withdrawal of the purchased goods within 10
working days from the reception of the merchandise.
Such right consists in returning the purchased goods to the supplier without
penalty and without giving any reason, and consequently, this will determine
the reimbursement of the price.
Exception:
The Right of Withdrawal is applied
exclusively to private individuals for actions not affecting their business
activities. Therefore, it can not be applied to retailers or companies.
The Right of Withdrawal can not be applied to the following categories of
products:
a) audiovisual or software supports which were unsealed
by the consumer;
b) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
Modality
of exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
The
Right of Withdrawal must be exercised in writing by means of a
written communication (a registered letter with return receipt),
within 10 working days from the reception of the goods, that has to be
sent to the supplyer's address: Carmelo Renda - Via Torino 2 - 89026
San Ferdinando (RC) Italy.
The written communication can be sent, within the same term, also by
telegram or fax, provided that it is confirmed by a registered letter
with return receipt within the next 48 hours. Such communication must
contain the codes of the returned products and also indications on the
modalities of reimbursement of the expenses (money order, banking discount,
etc.) and eventual banking coordinates.
The purchased products will have to be returned by the consumer, in conditions
of integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter.
Once received the goods, the integrity is verified and as soon as possible
the customer will receive the cost of the returned products; where necessary,
the provider will subtracts the shipment expenses from the amount returned
to the client.
